Choose your alerts and how you want to receive them
Select as few or as many alerts as you want, and how you want to be alerted – by one or a combination of the following; text, email, and/or mobile push notification. You can easily suspend, modify or cancel your alerts online at any time.
Get alerts that monitor transaction activity
Always know what’s going on with your account with alerts based on transaction amount and/or location, as well as balance and available credit information.
Receive payment notification alerts
We’ll notify you in advance of your payment due date, if a payment has been missed, and when a payment has been posted.
Log in to BMO Digital Banking for your Diners Club Card. From the Account Summary page:
- Click on your credit card account
- Select Manage card
- Select Alerts
Are my alert messages secure?
Absolutely. We’ll never send your account number, password or any other personal information in an alert message, and we’ll never ask you to send us personal information by text message, email or a prerecorded voice call. If you receive an alert asking for personal information that appears to be from BMO, don’t respond and instead call us immediately at the customer service number listed on the back of your card.
How much does it cost to use BMO Credit Card Alerts?
It’s free! There’s no charge from BMO to use alerts, but if you set up to receive text alerts, text message and data rates apply.
If I sign up for alerts, how often will I receive them?
You will receive alerts in real time as they occur.
